The Statement Reports by Primary Farm section is located in the main Statement program section. This section allows users to run statement reports, both system generated and user generated, over a selected fiscal period and selected primary farm(s).
The first thing to choose is the fiscal period; select the from date and to date. Next, choose either a user generated group (which is configured in the Statements, Statement Setup section) or choose a system generated statement group. If you choose a system generated statement group, it contains generic statement groups and creates one line item per GL account (that contains a period balance) for the selected farm. If you choose the Income/Profit Loss Summary Statement system generated group (this was specifically designed for the statement reports by primary farm section) then you will see a summary page printed first. This will contain one net income group and list each sub farm’s net income. Then, pages two on will contain the detailed income statement for each sub farm. Finally, you’ll select the desired farms in the farm selector. You’ll notice that only primary farms are available in the farm selector; the program will automatically include any sub farms with the selected primary farm. Next, choose whether you would like to use the statement copy count found on the farm, management tab. When checked, the program will generate “#” amount of copies for the farm. For example, if farm 00023 has a statement copy count of four, then the program will generate four copies of the statement for farm 00023.
