The contacts report section contains three system reports: Contact Labels – 30 Different, Contact Labels – 30 Same, and Contact Listing. The criteria screen for the Contacts report section contains a contact type selector (1), contact status (2), and a contact filter (3). The contact filter will filter the records so that you only see records where the name contains part of the typed text.
Contact Labels – 30 Different
The contact labels 30 different report shows one contact per label so that they can be printed directly on label paper. The report is meant to be printed on label sheets that are three column, 30 labels per sheet with the label being 1″ x 2 5/8″.

Contact Listing
The contact listing report shows a list of the contacts that fall within the selected criteria. It shows their tax type, status, primary address, secondary address, and tax id number.
