  • Year End Close: added a balancing check to verify that the farm balances both before and after the year end close process.
  • Year End Close: added an error if the user is trying to close to an income account instead of a balance account.
  • Farms, Edit Farms, Farm Tab: if there are any working or posted transactions on a farm, the fiscal year and first period fields will be disabled.

Fixes/Corrections
  • Transactions, Unposted Batches: fixed the error message when trying to post a batch that contains at least one farm outside of your farm security group(s).
  • New Farm Database: added in some missing basic chart of accounts such as cash in checking, savings, etc.
  • Now correctly run the database scripts at build time against the demo database and new farm database.

  • Reports, Working Transactions: Added a system deposit report. This report gives a net total of all deposits per working batch.
Fixes/Corrections
  • Yearly Tasks, Generate 1099: Fixed a bug in the SSN/Tax ID validation errors.  Previously the program would error if a TIN started with a 9, however, there are valid TIN that begin with a 9.  The program now checks if the TIN is ‘999999999’ or ‘987654321’.
