The account balance report section has two system reports: Account Balances by Manager and Cash Balances by Manager. The criteria screen for the Account Balance reports contains a check box option to show accounts with zero balances (1), a farm selector (2), and an account selector (3). You’ll choose the desired farms and desired GL accounts. If you would like to show a zero for any GL accounts that don’t have a balance, be sure to the check the show accounts with zero balances box. Otherwise, GL accounts with a balance of zero will be hidden from the report. The balances shown reflect the GL account’s balance as of the day the report is run.
Account Balances by Manager
The account balances by manager report shows a listing of all selected GL accounts that have a balance as of the day the report is run grouped by manager. If there are multiple farms for the selected manager, the GL account balances will be added together to show a total over all farms for that GL account.
Cash Balances by Manager
The cash balances by manager report shows a listing of the selected farms’ cash balance grouped by manager. If there are multiple farms for the selected manager, the cash balances will be added together to show a total over all farms for the manager.
